Who we are

Ignis Consulting helps industrial, energy and manufacturing businesses improve productivity, reduce costs and strengthen day-to-day execution.

Ignis is led by Khaled Chaaraoui, who brings more than 15 years as both operator and consultant, including full P&L responsibility. We design the management systems, build the routines, and coach supervisors and managers until the organisation owns the improvement outright, long after we leave.

How an engagement works

Every engagement starts with a diagnostic that gives you a performance baseline and a costed improvement plan. Each stage after that is a separate commitment, so you decide at the end of the diagnostic whether to go further, and how far.
